Vineyard Philosophy

Under the expert management of Neil Jones, our experienced viticulturist, biodynamic principles are applied in the vineyard, which are the focus of the winemaking team. Four blocks are entirely organically grown with OVOA certification. Ben and Neil work closely together to ‘get it right' in the vineyard, therefore the winemaking can be kept simple.

We believe that understanding our vineyard is critical, in particular the soils, to generate the intense fruit flavours we desire from each variety. Sustainable environment management will enhance vine health and increase fruit quality in the long term.
